PROFILE
Ms Mukta Sharma, is a Senior Teacher of English
at Ahlcon International School, Mayur Vihar Phase
1, New Delhi. She did her Bachelor's and Master's
degree in English from Delhi University. She then
went on to do her B Ed in both English and Special
English from Annamalai University. Ms Sharma has
been in the teaching profession for the past nine
years.
She
is a highly dynamic, resourceful professional
with a genuine interest in her students' cognitive
and social growth. She is actively involved in
curriculum development, career preparation and
community work. She is a self-driven teacher with
excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Her key strengths lie in curriculum design and
management, student evaluation and assessments,
vocabulary development and classroom management.
Ms
Sharma encourages and helps prepare her students
for various inter-school competitions. She often
coordinates the newspaper programmes conducted
by the Hindustan Times for children. She is also
the housemistress of the school and convenor of
the school newsletter editorial board.
Ms
Sharma's interests are multifarious. At leisure
she enjoys reading, writing and painting.
