PROFILE

Mrs Veena Arora has devoted many years to teaching profession. After completing her BA she went on to do her B Ed in English and History. Thereafter, she enrolled for M Phil at the Central Institute of English. Her love for children motivated her to join teaching. Moreover, her NCC training during her school and college days enabled her to develop leadership qualities. After stints at SGRR Dehradun and APJ Noida, she joined as PGT English at Banyan Tree. (formerly Rai School).

As a result of her dedication she has been able to get good results at the secondary and senior secondary level. She has received a commendation for the same. In her capacity as Senior Headmistress she organised various inter-school competitions. She has also conducted school tours to Rajasthan, Srinagar, Mussoorie, Nainital and other places.
