PROFILE

Ms Alex Daniel, a dedicated teacher, is presently the Principal of St Paul's school. After completing her postgraduation in English Literature from Kerala University, Ms Daniel went ahead and completed her BEd from Kanpur University. She then pursued a diploma in teaching of English from CIEFL Hyderabad. She has taught in the capacity of a PGT-English teacher in eminent schools like St Mary's School, Safdarjung Enclave, St Thomas School, Ghaziabad. Later on she went on became the Junior School Headmistress and then the Vice Principal at St Mary's. She was also entrusted with the management of two thousand five hundred students in the two branches of St Thomas school, in the capacity of the Principal.

Ms Daniel feels the need to help students realise their own potential and to maximise that in order to achieve excellence. She believes that every child is unique and it is the teacher's duty to help them discover their latent talents and also to nurture them. Hence she emphasises a lot on the curricular activities in schools and values the significance of sports, arts, crafts and other activities in an all-round development of a child.

Ms Daniel is also the recipient of prestigious awards like the Spardha Shree Award and the Delhi Environmental Education Didactics Award.
